Meet Our Dental Team
Jodi – Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator
Jodi has been a member of our practice for more than 27 great years now. She attended college at Our Lady of Holy Cross and the University of New Orleans. Additionally, she’s undergone X-ray certification at Louisiana State University and has pursued continuing education at the New Orleans Dental Conference and Las Vegas Conference. Originally from River Ridge, she’s happy to serve the community she’s lived in her whole life and help patients smile!
Jodi has two children, one dog, and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Rebecca – Insurance Coordinator/Receptionist
Originally from Saint Rose, Rebecca has been with our team for more than a decade now. She attended the University of New Orleans. Her favorite part of her job is getting to work alongside such great and talented coworkers.
A Louisiana native, Rebecca and her husband have three daughters and one cat. One of her favorite pastimes is traveling! In the past, she’s visited Northern Ireland, Scotland, Honduras, and France.
Holly – Dental Hygienist
Holly is originally from River Ridge and has 14 years of experience working in dentistry. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi before moving on to attend Louisiana State University Dental Hygiene School. She is a registered dental hygienist and has undergone additional training in anesthesia. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help patients improve their smiles!
Holly is married and has two children. When she has free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and fishing.
Shannon – Dental Hygienist
Shannon has been working in the dental world for 22 years now, with 12 of those spent at our practice. Originally from Metairie, she attended the University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University Dental School. Additionally, she has the EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) designation, her anesthesia license, and her certification in X-Rays. She loves getting to know her patients and their families.
Shannon has been married for 12 years and has two daughters. Dental assisting was actually her first job all the way back in high school! Outside of the office, she’s a co-op for St. Catherine and also enjoys running, working out, sewing, gardening, and going to new restaurants with family and friends.
Ashley – Dental Hygienist
Ashley is a welcome addition to our team and brings 12 years of experience in the dental field. Originally from Shreveport, Ashley is a proud alumnus of Louisiana State University’s School of Dentistry. She loves meeting patients daily and has an easy-going personality. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dogs, traveling and watching sports.
Alicia – Dental Hygienist
With 4+ years at our practice and over two decades of experience in the world of dentistry, Alicia is an important part of our team! In addition to completing her studies at the University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University Dental School, she is certified in local anesthesia. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it’s educating people about the mouth-body connection and seeing people smile.
Alicia has been married for more than twenty years now and has two sons. When she isn’t volunteering at their school, she enjoys dancing, playing beach volleyball, and being outdoors. Here’s something you may not know about her: she served as President of the New Orleans Dental Hygienists Association!
Jordan – Dental Hygienist
For more than a decade now, Jordan has enjoyed getting to talk to people and educating them on the importance of their oral care. After graduating high school, she pursued her studies at Nicholls State University and LSU Dental Hygiene School. Now, she is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide, and anesthesia!
Outside the office, Jordan loves spending time with her husband, her daughter, and her Goldendoodle. As for hobbies, she enjoys traveling, fishing, and trying new restaurants. Here’s a fun fact about her: she played basketball in high school!
Debbie – Dental Assistant
Debbie has been with our team for 20 years now, with an astounding 38 years of overall experience in the dental field. She takes continuing education courses whenever she’s able to, and she loves the long-lasting relationships she builds with patients.
Originally from Kenner, Debbie is married. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and reading.
Maria – Dental Assistant
Maria was born and raised right here in River Ridge, LA! She joined our team in 2022, bringing an impressive 10 years of experience with her. Since studying at the NODC School of Dental Assisting and earning her EDDA and CPR certifications, she has thoroughly enjoyed spending her days getting to know each patient.
Maria comes from a fun, loud Italian family, and she has two boys of her own. Here’s something you might not know about her: she has a bearded dragon named Louie.
Lisa – Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Louisiana, Lisa completed her studies at Delgado and Blue Cliff College. Over three years later, she continues to love working in a friendly atmosphere. In fact, it’s her favorite part of her job! Away from the office, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her son, Joey.
